By accessing refurb-radar.com (the "Service") or subscribing to its alerts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

## 2. the service

Refurb Radar monitors publicly available inventory on Apple's certified-refurbished store and sends email notifications when watched product lineups return to stock. The Service is provided free of charge and without any account.

## 3. no affiliation with apple

Refurb Radar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. Apple, Mac, Mac mini, Mac Studio, and Mac Pro are trademarks of Apple Inc. All product information is drawn from Apple's public store pages and belongs to its respective owners.

## 4. subscriptions and email

Email subscriptions use double opt-in: alerts are sent only after you confirm via the link emailed to you. Every alert contains an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We send restock alerts and subscription-related messages only — no marketing, no newsletters.

## 5. affiliate disclosure

Links in our alerts and on the site may be affiliate links. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through them, at no additional cost to you. This never affects which products appear in alerts — alerts reflect Apple's actual inventory.

## 6. no guarantees; accuracy

Inventory moves fast and scans run on an interval, so the Service may miss restocks, report items that have already sold out, or show prices that have changed. Stock and pricing information is provided for convenience only; verify everything on Apple's site before purchasing. We make no promise of uptime, delivery, or timeliness of any alert.

## 7. acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the Service — including scraping it at disruptive volume, submitting email addresses you do not control, attempting to access non-public endpoints, or interfering with its operation.

## 8. disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

## 9. limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REFURB RADAR AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR OPPORTUNITY (INCLUDING A MISSED RESTOCK), ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

## 10. termination

We may suspend or discontinue the Service, or remove any subscription, at any time and for any reason. You may terminate at any time by unsubscribing.

## 11. changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

## 12. governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
